We are adsensus international, a network of companies and individuals working together to stimulate, support and realise the benefits of organisational change. "We" means all involved in the business we do: our people, our partners and our clients.

...because we like
   and trust one
   another...

We work in this way because we choose to, because we like and trust one another, and because we take pleasure and pride in what this helps us to achieve. There is great satisfaction in a job well done. When this is coupled with a working environment that one enjoys, the rewards are all the greater.

...as colleagues,
   customers,
   and suppliers...

Our working relationships have lasted a long time, often for decades, in international business and project environments as colleagues, customers and suppliers. Our respective roles may have changed with time, but our appreciation of each other's qualities has grown. On this basis, we have built an enviable record of success in the delivery of business benefits through the initiation and execution of a large number of successful projects; cost saving programmes; and operational and organisational change programmes. Our pool of experience includes an in-depth understanding of what works, gained from the variety of the successful projects; rescues; and business turnarounds for which we have been responsible.

 ...contact us,
     come and
     visit us...

We still find our work can be fun, even when the issues we address are serious. Of course on occasion we disagree, that happens even in the best families. Nonetheless we are still committed to each other, and we hope to extend this to include you. Please expore our website, find out more about us, contact us, come and visit us. We think you will find adsensus international is just what you are looking for.

(This is a photo of an Inuit carving that Tony Thomas bought in Winnipeg in the summer of 2000. It was made quite a long time ago, probably in an igloo and by the light of an oil lamp. Its not a modern commercial soapstone carving, and for Tony it shows what can be done in difficult circumstances and purely for the pleasure of doing it.)
